Animated by BUG FILMS, Witch Hat Atelier is based on the acclaimed fantasy manga written and illustrated by Kamome Shirahama. The series has received widespread praise for its intricate artwork, world-building, and unique approach to magic.
The story follows Coco, a young girl fascinated by magic who unexpectedly discovers that magical abilities are not simply innate talents but can be created through carefully drawn symbols and spells. After a tragic accident changes her life, Coco begins studying under the mysterious witch Qifrey and enters the magical world she had always admired from afar.
