Skeleton Knight in Another World is officially returning for a second anime season, with the series set to premiere on July 4, 2026.

Season 2 will continue the story of Arc, a gamer who suddenly finds himself transported into another world while inhabiting the body of his in-game skeleton avatar. Despite his intimidating appearance, Arc uses his powerful abilities to help those in need while becoming involved in conflicts that threaten the stability of the world around him.
The first season introduced audiences to Arc's journey alongside allies such as Ariane and Chiyome as they confronted corruption, slavery, and political conspiracies across the kingdom.
The upcoming season is expected to adapt additional material from the original light novel series, expanding the world and introducing new challenges, enemies, and adventures for the main cast.
Based on the novels written by Ennki Hakari and illustrated by KeG, the franchise has gained a dedicated fanbase thanks to its combination of isekai adventure, action, comedy, and fantasy world-building.
