His situation changes when he encounters Mei Kinosaki, a highly skilled marriage swindler who has become the target of one of his assignments. Rather than killing Kinosaki, Gero asks for help finding a suitable bride.
Kinosaki accepts the challenge and becomes his personal matchmaking advisor. Together, the elite assassin and professional con artist enter a world where dates can turn into hostage situations, romantic rivals may possess supernatural abilities and every attempt to help someone can attract the attention of another dangerous criminal organization.
